About Product
Concavenator lived in the Early Cretaceous Period, around 130 million years ago. It was a meat-eating dinosaur that featured unique taller vertebrae near its hips that may have supported some type of hump or sail. It could grow up to 20 feet in length.
- Scientific Name: Concavenator corcovatus (“Humped Hunter from Cuenca”)
- Characteristics: This hand-painted, scientifically accurate Concavenator figurine is posed in a walking stance, perhaps stalking its prey. It features the dinosaur’s unique hump above its back legs.
- Size and Color: The Concavenator figure is 6 ½ inches long and about 2 ¾ inches tall. It’s slightly longer than an ink pen or marker. Its coloration is an orange-brown fading to cream colored below, with brown and white stripes along its back. It has a pair of red crests on its head and black claws.
- The Concavenator is part of the Wild Safari® Prehistoric World collection
