Great teaching resource aid.

Shark Jaw with natural imperfections, from 8" up to 10" measured from the left edge of the cartilage across to the right edge of the cartilage.  This shark jaw was imported and has been cleaned but have NOT been whitened and will have dark stains on the jaws.  These jaws are from the fishing industry and have cleared the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and U.S. Customs for legal entry into the U.S.  They are not protected or endangered.  Sharks have numerous rows of very sharp teeth. When one tooth falls out, another will move forward and replace it. Sharks don't chew their food. They use their powerful sharp teeth to bite and rip their food.
